Since joining Hutchison Law Group in 2002, Randi Gordon has provided support to the corporate workgroup, including maintenance of corporate and equity records, preparation of general corporate and transaction documents, management of transaction closings, review, assembly and organization of due diligence materials, communication with clients and opposing counsel regarding various matters, Blue Sky research and management of the firm's Department of Commerce filings.
Randi graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania and a M.S. in Accounting from New York University. Randi also completed the Paralegal Program at Meredith College.
She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and is a certified North Carolina Certified Paralegal.
