Hutchison Law Group, a leading provider of strategic business and intellectual property counsel to the Southeast’s life science and technology communities, announced today that Lauri Oliver recently earned certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
The certifications were awarded by the HR Certification Institute after Lauri, Hutchison Law Group’s Director of Human Resources, demonstrated a mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resource management and international human resource management.
"Certification as a human resource professional clearly demonstrates a commitment to personal excellence and to the human resource profession," said Mary Power, CAE, Executive Director of the HR Certification Institute. Today, only 581 HR professionals nationwide hold this particular combination of SPHR/GPHR certifications from The HR Certification Institute, with only 28 of those professionals located in North Carolina.
The HR Certification Institute is the credentialing body for human resource professionals and is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world's largest organization dedicated exclusively to the human resource profession. The Institute's purpose is to promote the establishment of professional standards and to recognize professionals who meet those standards.
